We believe for a sales acceleration firm to adequately meet your goals, our focus must be aligned with yours. Good salespeople will go for the sweet spots, so these will be their primary focus. By understanding and channelling their energy in the appropriate manner, we are able to establish linked goals. We achieve this by using a well thought out remuneration model, adapted to both the needs of our customers and the peculiarities of the sales process.

Pay for Performance’: we link incentives to performance.

After a short start-up period of, typically, six months – though this may vary according to the type of product being marketed – our fixed retainer is reduced and combined with a commission plan. In addition, we will agree to targeted sales objectives for each quarter. Where we exceed those objectives and your business is expanding faster than planned, we look to share in the reward for that expansion, through the use of accelerators. These may be in the form of an additional commission percentage or equity interests, in line with the value of the activities performed
